We have a pervert for a Mayor here in Sandy Eggo.  His name is Bob Filner. He has a habit of groping wimmens, making lascivious comment and licking their faces. Nonetheless, the local union thugs still support him for "all the good he has done".  That is a new standard in sexual harassment claims....it does not matter if the perp has done a lot of good.

I am doing research right now and will post the criminal code section that codifies this defense soon....
