Once upon a time there was a three week trial in a Superior Court. The case involved the sale of a yacht. The buyer sued the salesman, as the dealer had gone out of business. (GOOGLE "Obama Economy") The salesman, aka the underdog, was vindicated on all 11 causes of action filed against him by the purchaser, a rather vindictive pseudo yachtsman. Indeed, the jury voted 12-0 on each cause in favor of the salesman. Case over. Game. Set Match.
Except.......
There was a little matter of the salesman's fees & costs incurred over the years of scorched earth litigation. So he filed a motion to recover all or some of same. The hearing was on Friday. The Judge ruled in favor of said salesman and awarded a portion of the fees incurred and all of the costs of litigation. So now, the vindictive pseudo yachtsman that sued the salesman OWES him a tidy sum.

Busy last few days and enjoying a cuppa with some surfing here on a rainy Sunday at Rumbear Manor. Spent yesterday rewiring the re-loading ammo and working on the Whaler. Needed to update the cables as they were, well, olde and decrepit. All is back together and the engine is cranking with 12 volts.
Keeping an eye on the lads over at Lucky Gunner. Scored some cool ammo buys over the past week. The pantry is looking good.

To paraphrase an olde Elton John tune, "The Bitch is back".... She finally tore herself away from the ongoing recovery from hang nail surgery and testified regarding her inept handling of the Benghazi matter. Yannow, that little kerfuffle in the Mid East wherein our Ambassador was tortured, murdered, dragged through the streets and three other Americans were "killed". Yeah, that kerfuffle. Well after an hour of weapons grade butt kissing from both parties she went on a rant that would have made Dennis Miller blush.
Me? I just channeled olde Baghdad Bob, the deranged Iraqi Information Minister, speaking for the other Hussein. Remember him?
Now we have Benghazi Bob.....
Putting aside the dead folks, pleas for help, the movie story, riots around the globe, the filmmaker in jail, Susan Rice's destroyed career, the right of the survivors (where are they?) to know the truth, etc., etc., etc., maybe she has a point. Hug?!
In other important news....Bouncey lip sinked the National Anthem.

If we’re worried about kids and guns, why don’t we teach basic gun safety in schools?”

Is he an ignorant man or useful fool? I can't decide. Of course, its always informative when an actor spout out a view point. I know at my colleges all the acting student got straight "A"'s and were very studious. Nah, not really. They were the party people. Had a good time and generally got a Worthless degree in, well, something. So why do we listen to them now?
The Constitution's Second Amendment was created to bolster slavery and capture land from Native Americans, award winning actor Danny Glover told a group of students at a Texas A&M sponsored event on Thursday.
“I don’t know if you know the genesis of the right to bear arms,” he said. “The Second Amendment comes from the right to protect themselves from slave revolts, and from uprisings by Native Americans.”

Deja Vu all Over Again?
president Zero is to announce his gun snatching plan on Wednesday. He has directed the Minister of Propaganda to rustle up some Chillern for the event.
Carney said that the president will be joined by Vice President Joe Biden as well as children who wrote to the president after the Newtown shootings.
“They will be joined by children around the country expressing their concerns about gun violence and school safety, along with their parents,” Carney confirmed.
This all sounds vaguely familiar....almost like we have heard of this tactic before. Yannow, been there, bought a t-shirt.

Gun Control: How does the Mayor of a gun control city (& state) that happens to be the murder capital of this country have any credibility to speak on the issue?
Yet, Mayor Rahmbo is off to Washington to offer his two cents.
The mayor spoke on the political lessons learned during the passage of that bill and how the dialogue in Washington D.C. needs to shift in order to enact legislation to reduce gun violence.
Huh? How many murders in Chicago last weekend?
The All Star Biden Committee on gun control continues it's work today. The Plan is to be submitted to our Dear Leader on Tuesday. Three out of the four top members agree that gun control worked well for them. "Of course, many times we just shot those opposing us" said Stalin. He did it for the children added his press secretary.
