Watching the UK - Iran situation unfold I was drawn to a comparison. The UK handling of Iran is quite similar to the way Bush deals with the Democrats. I keep hoping, i.e. praying, that the UK and President Bush will get a backbone (er, spine) and give em what for. However, current history suggests that a warm, slimey cup of compromise and understanding is about to be poured.

UPDATE, UPDATE: Just heard that the UK has now gone to the United Nations for a resolution condemning Iran for it's action. Boy, that'll show them Mullahs what for!!
