When Libtards Lose....
Raised as a child of "Do Your Best" and with a room full of participation trophies for "just showing up", sometimes reality can be a cold slap in the face. Such was the case last week when the collective elected genius' on the UCLA Student Council held a voted to demand that the University divest itself of investments in Israel. Apparently, the vote did not go the right way, according to at least one esteemed member.
The highly emotional issue attracted more than 500 people to the UCLA meeting and the public comment lasted nearly nine hours, according to the Daily Bruin, the campus newspaper. The council moved to a secret ballot and then voted 7-5 against the divestment measure.
Indeed, 9 hours of debate. Over 500 people showed up. Now bare in mind that UCLA is a campus with around 40,000 students so 500 is like, ....well, I'm pretty sure that is less than one percent.
"But, but, but, we protested, made posters and, and had petitions, with testimony and everything...why didn't this pass?!" said No One in Particular.
The Council also caught flack afterwards for making the ballot "secret". Apparently this prevented the Libtards from properly thanking the members.
My Rumbear words of wisdom to the weeping Libtard echo from my dear old hockey coach...."Suck it up Sally and get back out there."

Well, I couldn't understand a word she said, outside of a few f-bombs.
