Sunday Afternoon Treat

Venison Tacos! I was rooting around in the freezer and found a treat. I made a swap of Lobstah tails for venison last year. I found a half pound of Bambi's finest.

Preparation:
1/2 pound coarse ground Bambi, olive oil, garlic, dash of Mongolian Fire Oil brown in a pan. Serve on corn tortilla, garnish with cheddah cheese, lettuce, scallion and maybe another dash of Fire Oil.
