Michigan Part Tre

Huge. Historic. Monumental. AWESOME! Proof that stupidity can be curtailed!! (Unless your in California.) Here's a tip...just watch Christie in NJ and follow his lead.

The election marked not just a power shift but a major facelift at the Capitol in Lansing. The governor, attorney general, secretary of state, and more than three quarters of the Senate and half the House are non-incumbents in the biggest one-day turnover since voters approved term limits in 1992.

The GOP also regained control of the Supreme Court, returning incumbent Justice Bob Young and electing Wayne Circuit Judge Mary Beth Kelly, another Republican nominee, in the two contested seats.

The results could have long-term impacts as Republicans will control the reshaping of state and federal election districts based on the 2010 Census. The new maps will be in place for a decade.

Bingo BANGO! ...as the Mick would say.
