I Call Shenanigans!

Ladies and gentlemen, there is not going to be any reconciliation. None.

Oh there will be lot's of sabre rattling ad navel gazing, but it's not gonna happen. 

For reconcilliation to be an issue you first have to have a bill approved by both the Senate and the House. Right now, the Senate HealthScare bill sits in the House.  For the bill to move forward towards it need to be approved by the House, as is.  Now, there are a lot of objections to the Senate version by House members.  However, we have to assume that Nancy Peelosi and ole president Zero will pull out all the stops to get the need  votes to approve the Senate version.  Hey they hav already given away a judgeship.  Ask Scott Matheson.   They will promise those hapless Democrats that all will be remedied through reconcilliation...just vote yes...NOW! 

So lets assume that the House passes the Senate version.  This is a given in all of the reconciliation scenarios.  The next step is for the bill to go to president Zero, Our hero.  Once it is signed the Senate version of HealthScare becomes the law of the land. 

The next step is for the Senate to use reconciliation to add back in to the bill those options that the House version had.  This is the agreement. This is what was promised to those House Dems for their yes vote. This is where it falls a part


Now if we know one thing about president Zero, it is that he is a liar. You know it, I know it, Joe Wilson knows it.  Ole Zero will talk about reconcilliation.  The Republicans will scream, the public will scream. The Tea Partiers will ...party.  Hue & cry, tumult and rage, dogs and cats sleeping together.  In the end president Zero will mount the podium, clutch his teleprompter and say...."Reconciliation will not work.  The people have spoken and I hear them. Enough is enough."  .....and reconsciliation will end.  Screw you House Dems, I lied.  That's right, Ole Zero will throw the Hose Dems under the bus.  It's the Chicago Way, get over it....

The Senate version remains the LAW OF THE LAND. The White House has health care.
