That's what the old fool, Dan Rather used to say when he was trusted to deliver the nightly news.  Now he just says things like Obama "...couldn't sell watermelons if you gave him a State Trooper to flag down traffic".

Holy Jumping...imagine if a white man had said that wait.....hmmmm, okay imagine if a Republican had said that!
