and AGAIN.

Oil is now at $70.00 per barrel. WHY AM I PAYING $3.32 per gallon at the pump???
Remember when the prices SHOT up we we're told that the per gallon price at the pump was based upon what the poor dealer would have to pay to replace that gallon you just pumped. So....what the hell?

Here's a report from July 2006. Oil was around $70.00 a barrel then....
