Just Wundering......

Young Miss Lohan has another car accident while, uh hmmmm, "intoxicated". So she's headed back to the detox program at the Malibu haute spot "Promises". Just recently it was Brittany Spears who was the celebrity flavor of the month bouncing in and out of rehab. So, the Rumbear was a wundering.......Is it any indication of the effectiveness of the program when it's star attendees seem to, well, fail, repeatedly? I mean, is repeat business really a good thing for a rehab facility? Like I said, just wundering.
