CR-914 Nationals! 

Registration begins today @ 1:00 PM PST for the 2012 CR-914 Nationals hosted by San Diego Yacht Club. Model yacht racing will occur on the Mission Bay Yacht Pond on Saturday & Sunday. Past champions Dave Ryan and Dave Ramos will be back along with others trying for the top spot. Mathaner, Szabo, Purdon, Moss, Rudderham, Landon, Martin, Davidson, Snow, Martin and more will be on the water! Post race events will be at SDYC.

Gas $5.00!

One fricking refinery breaks down in California and gas prices soar.  We paid $4.35 in Kramers Korners on the way north.  Several days later it was $4.89 as we headed south.  

WTF?

Libtards like ditzy Senator Diane Feinstein are calling for an investigation.  "What are they doing to us!?"

Who is they?  You mean the legislature that demands seasonal gas? Has $.69 in taxes in every gallon?  Has not approved a new refinery or even an expansion in 30 years? Is that the "they" you speak of?

Of course not.  Legislative actions have only good results powered by unicorn farts and a little hopey/changey.   It has to be those EVIL oil companies.  Cue the wingnuts....

Trout Fishing. 


SNO and I loaded up Rumbear 2 and headed north to the Eastern side of the Sierras.  Cardinal Village Resort was home.  Little fly fishing was on the schedule (ShedYule). Trout died, then they were fried. 

Lodge is in an aspen grove.  Colors were spectacular! A good time was had.

Trial. Is. Over.
