Hopefully you picked one up.... j u s t in time. As you know, the Bersa Thunder 380 was grandfathered onto the California
DOJ approved handgun list.* It was allowed to be sold in California in
several finishes and does very well there.* Well, I am sorry to say that
as of this past Friday, we have been notified by the DOJ that the Bersa
Thunder 380 has been removed from the approved list and can no longer
be bought in California.* The main problem is that Bersa added the “key
lock” feature to the slide, which CA deems is altering the function of
the pistol, thus requiring us to have the pistol retested.* Only problem
is, we can’t have the pistol retested because it does not have a loaded
chamber indicator and that is one of the main requirements.
Long story short, we added a new safety feature, making the pistol even
more safe, but we have to stop selling them in California.* Please
remove all Bersa handguns from being sold in to California until further
We will see what we can do about getting our pistols compliant and give
it another shot.* Sorry for the news, as I know CA is a large market for
most of you.* Also, please pass this on to the appropriate departments
so that all your sales teams know what is going on.
Please let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.
Thanks, and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

How did Mitt and them Republicans lose the election? What do we need to win next time? Surely we just need more: Unions? Hispandering? Gay Mawridge? Nukes for transvestites? Free republican phones? There has to be an answer out there somewhere....
In 59 Philadelphia voting divisions, Mitt Romney got zero votes
"It's one thing for a Democratic presidential candidate to dominate a
Democratic city like Philadelphia, but check out this head-spinning
figure: In 59 voting divisions in the city, Mitt Romney received not one
vote. Zero. Zilch."
What could it be? This is so frustrating........
Records show Gilpin County had 61 percent voter turnout in the 2010
election and Hinsdale County had an astounding 92 percent voter turnout.
This is far above the Colorado average turnout of 48 percent, and the national average of 41 percent. All ten counties investigated by Media Trackers reported voter
turnout greater than the national average. Nine out of ten also showed
voter turnout well above the Colorado average. Mineral and San Juan
counties, which have voter registration numbers of 126 percent and 112
percent respectively, had voter turnout of 96 and 83 percent
respectively. Jackson, Summit, Cheyenne, and Elbert
counties have 111, 107, 105, and 104 percent of their population
registered to vote, while managing 71, 44, 71, and 63 percent voter
I. Just. Don't. Know. Somebody smarter than the average Rumbear will have to figure this one out.....
November 18, 1975 Another year goes by........37 years ago, I was 19 years old. As a college kid I awoke and started the day.....the police car rolled up to my place of work and they told me I better get home.....he was was gone. (*)
What a great Saturday for our Scouting family! First, I travlled north to watch DNO receive her Girl Scout Silver Award. That is the second highest award in the world fo GSA. She is now working on her Gold Award. Way to go kiddo!!
Then, I had the honor of being the master of
ceremonies at an Eagle Court of Honor for Troop 500's latest Eagle
Scouts. David Hervey and Michael Colloca took the oath of an Eagle
Scout at a ceremony held at the Pt Loma Presbyterian Church. Friends and
family gathered to celebrate this event.
Congratulations to David, Michael and their parents. Once an Eagle, always an Eagle!!!
The newly diagnosed diabetic often feels as if he or she had been
plunked down in front of a circus tent, complete with three rings,
sideshows, barkers, and scary clowns, only then to be told "okay, pal,
start making choices!"
Many patients flee. Others roam around frightened and vulnerable.
Echo chamber effect? Seems I am not alone in the Stay the Course message.
Everyone is saying the
Republicans need to adopt policies that will appeal to this or that
group: the middle class, Hispanics, women, Asians, whatever. They call
this “putting together a coalition” or “modernizing the party” or
“adapting to demographic reality,” but whatever they call it, it’s
exactly the wrong thing to do.
True, it is classic party politics: Put together a set of gifts,
favors, preferences, and tokens to rope in 51 percent of the voters, and
screw the other 49. And you can’t deny that it’s very effective when
done right. But the GOP should ignore that siren song, for a number of
Could it be, ladies and gentlemen, that three million Republicans sat
at home because they didn’t see enough of a conservative campaign?
These are the things that have to be pondered while the party beats
itself up over amnesty and single women and contraception. But I’m just
gonna tell the Republican Party right now: If you think that the only
reason you’re not winning presidential races is because you’re not for
amnesty and ’cause you’re not for abortion…
If you change to that, if you moderate or modify your positions,
you’re gonna cease to exist because those who are with you are gonna
abandon you. I’m not… (interruption) No, I’m not trying to sound
threatening. I’m trying to be helpful. In fact, that’s my middle name.
That’s all I ever try to do is help, anybody. I always said this was
gonna be a turnout election. Now, I don’t want to be misunderstood,
So, 3 Msat on their thumbs. Combine this with those smarter than anyone Libertarians that voted for Gary Johnson and/or Ron Paul based on "values", and the Republicans got their collective butts kicked. Thanks for nothing.
Still, the results show that approximately 50% of those who voted went with the Republican concepts.
So what to change?
Here's a suggestion....NOTHING. Fine tune the edges and get some youth involved and watch this thing turn around. Ole Zero has another 4 years to step on his, uh, other foot and past performance show he will do this just that.
Elections have consequnces. Not voting has consequnces. Now we have the beginnning of The Platinum Era of HopeyChangey...
Yeah the election results were a sucker punch. However, I took another body blow during my flight examination on Tuesday. The AME caught something in a test. Since Tuesday, I have been poke, prodded and drained of blood. Test results are due back today. After a couple days of feeling sorry and some profound bewilderment, I'm back. Ain't going anywhere. If there is a fight to be had, health wise, politically or any other category....bring it. I still have a few cans of WhoopAss left and there are chapters yet to write. Cowboy Up.......
Sheesh, it did not take long for the Democratic shenanigans to begin....
A Pennsylvania judge is issuing an order to reinstate Republican
election officials across Philadelphia who allegedly were ejected or
refused entry by on-site Democratic voting chief judges, GOP officials
tell Fox News. One Republican official claimed that "just under 70" Republican
election officials were blocked from Philadelphia polling sites Tuesday
morning by Democrats on site. One of them, the official claimed, "was
shoved out of the polling place." "For this many inspectors to be ejected from polling places is rare, even for Philadelphia," the official told FoxNews.com.
Race baiting hate mongers from the "New" Black Panther party are once again looming ominously around polling sites in Pennsylvania. The brothers are on the lookout for.....something. This morning, after voting in my own neighborhood, I stopped by the
polling place on the 1200 block of Fairmount Avenue, the same location
where the New Black Panther Party stirred up controversy during the 2008
election. Sure enough, a uniformed member of the New Black Panther
Party stood in the entrance area of the building. I identified myself
and told him that I was going his picture. “No pictures, please,” he
replied. I then asked him if he was there to provide security. “No
comment,” was all he had to say.
No worries though....I am sure Eric Holder and his Voter Suppression team are in the situation room! (Photo op to follow)
UPDATE: As an aside...you know that when Romney wins and the stats show that minorities did not turn out like 2008 the reason will be....wait for it...Republicanssuppressed the minority vote! Mark my words...
It's election time and that means the Rumbear get's to point to the cheap seats and make a prediction. Gallup, Marist, Rasmussen, CNN they have no guts. All are showing this thing close. Tied smide.....I beg to differ.
Romney/Ryan are gonna win this thing walking away. I call it 52%-48%. Electoral College will be 320 + for the good guys. Yes boys and girls, you are witnessing the sunset of the Golden Era of HopeyChangey.
