I thought Billy Microsoft was presently engaged in giving away much of his wealth. O'Course it is not to alleviate income inequality but there is a little effort, and he supposedly got the idea from some billionaire friend of his who is supposedly doing the same thing. Doesn't mean it is true and it doesn't take away appreciably from your point if it is.
