Shutdown Theater: Let me get this straight...within 24 hours of Congress failing to grant a Continuing Resolution the many branches of the Federal Government launched a coordinated plan to shutter National Parks, Cemeteries and other public property. Yes, within a period of hours each department had mustered miles of barricades, deployed guards, and secured otherwise non secure sites.  Their efforts even reached overseas.

A cynic might think this was planned.....
