As president Zeros continues to proclaim the Fiscal Cliff and "sequester" cuts are to blame on the various cutbacks he deems necessary, (i.e. Military balls, White House Tours, Airport Tower Closings, Limited park hours, Teachers!, TSA nitwits, Cancer Drugs, etc., etc., etc...)....

Let's take yet another shot at explaining the matter to our low information voter friends. $38.5B in cuts pencils out this way.

Oh, and thank goodness the president Zero has not had to cut back on the family vacations.  There would be hell to pay for that.
