Wonder why lawyers have a bad reputation?  Look no further.  

A Rowley man who says he burned the soles of his feet while walking down a metal ramp one day last June has filed suit against a Danvers marina, saying the facility’s owners should have warned him that the metal ramp would be hot on that sunny day.

Norman Pelletier and his attorney, Michael Mahoney of Lynn, say Pelletier suffered second-degree burns on the soles of his feet after walking on the metal ramp at the Danversport Yacht Club on June 18, 2012.

I suspect we will see a lot more of this type of frivolous lawsuits as your local attorney struggles to survive in a shrinking market.

Life is hard.  It's harder when you're stupid.
