Dario Franchitti bags his third Indy 500 victory. The victory was in the wind until a last lap pass attempt by Rahal Racing's, Takuma Sato, failed. Sato attempted to dive under race-leader Franchitti in the first turn of the last lap. (Turn 1, seriously?) Sato lost control of his car after it made contact with Franchitti. Sato hit the wall, Franchitti headed to the finish line. Game. Set. Match.
