Reagan Library

Wow, just wow. I was really smitten by this place. The ability to go back and see things I grew up through (1981-89) and be amazed at a time when
America was recovering from the failed policies of the Carter Regime. The story of greatness unfolds as America rose from the neglect & failures of Jimmy Carter and once again became the shining "city on the hill"

Much like today the country was in turmoil, gas prices, inflation, no respect, depleted military all of which Carter called"malaise".

Enter Ronald Reagan.

The library takes you throu
gh his two terms and lays out the challenges and achievements. To walk through time and become re acquainted with the greatness of those days was inspiring.

The Air Force One exhibit is massive. The whole plane is inside and available to walk through. It overlooks the country side high up on the hill.

I paid my respects at the final resting place of President Reagan and left feeling with a true feeling of hope. We did it once and can do it again.
