The man, an Ex-President, that redefined ineptness to an all time high has an opinion of the current Vice President. An incompetent , micro managing, nincompoop of an Ex President who stumbled and bumbled his way through four years in Washington shares his view of the world. A hack politician who is/was plagued by indecisiveness and storied inability to delegate even the most mediocre of tasks wants us to listen. Who cares?
